as you can see from the title itself school is such a long day for me...maybe it is due to the adaptor of my lappy is faulty again >.< tomato soup with egg garlic bread cos the pasta didnt look enough for the whole family but in the end its was just nice =)

nowadays i try to cook as eating out is unhealthy and expensive and i love home cooked food...more importantly i love to cook..haha but for the dish today i didnt take pictures cos i couldnt find the camera though =x ...so glad that im going to bake cookies tmr whee~

creamy pasta
pasta (any kind)
milk
cheese
onions
tomatoes
scallops (marinate with wine and black pepper)

first , cook the pasta and drain. then fry the onions follow by scallops , add milk and stir till bubbles appear at the side but not boiling ( as previously i came across a webby stating that if boil too long it will not thicken). then add in the pasta and cheese till desired.

ps: im not a really good cook so the quantity can be self adjusted as i cook by agarations (:
