yesterday was my very first attempt in making the long - awaiting macaroons ..BUT its failed!!! i think i got the texture right jus tat it does not have the "feet" and the appearance is of kinda of ugly =x...anw i think im gonna drop this idea of making macaroons for now till then when i have more confident then i'll try it again...

hmm today is the start of my one week's holiday and i m really happy cos i got my oven to company but kinda of loss too cos i cant keep baking everyday rite ? if not whose gonna finish the baked stuff? ... aiyo i was tempted again since im bored at home and came across a choux pastry recipe which looked kind of simple so i tried it...whooray! the puff was very nicely puffed up but im having some problems with the filling cos i do not want to make the usual custard so i tried a chocolate filling but it turn out to be watery so now all m puff is naked hhaah.. can ony filled it when consumed but im so glad =)
