oh my im so glad that today marks the end of my final year project... im like yea! actually the cake saw in the post today suppose to be bake today but i was too impatient as i haven been baking the past few days i so made them yesterday

it was a peach yohurt cheesecake... talking about making cheese cake i love to eat them but when i wanna make looking at the indregients which is needed up to 8 YOLKS and whipping cream im like omg! imagine what a health threat it is =x i decide to make this cos its healthier like it uses youhurt instead of whipping cream and less sugar and only 3 eggs ..
this was my first attempt making cheese cake i think it was a successful as it tasted and look nice too ^^ i love peaches ~ =)

verdict : it was very good n based on the ingredient i can savour this without feeling too guilty =D





hmm times really flies ...looking back at my post i was still having abacus last sat ..
for this past week i haven been baking much cos i think its time for our stomach to take a rest from butter n flour haha ...
but im so tempted to make frosted cuppies till now i haven got the chance to do so , i rem that the first few times i did attempt to do buttercream but it was too sweet for my liking or the piping set i dun really noe how to use them so not counted =x
i think i wanna make them this sat but...uh oh im having my fyp presentation haiyo ...>.<
see how ba hopefully everything goes well i can get a good grade and im glad finally everything is coming to the end!

i think that through this poly experience i have learnt "many many" things sometimes when i thought that sec sch is worst {although poly is a lil better] but still i dun really like school life sersiously T_T.., MANY MANY PEOPLE TAUGHT ME MANY MANY different things i came to understand the human nature -in many different angles and i realise that they are quite scary but hopefully i meet them now but not in my future working life thou =)
but just to say that i believe in karma , and its an old saying but still i believe that treat other people like how they want them to treat you , what goes around comes around =D

i made hakka abacus beads today...i wanted to make this dish for a long time but kinda of scare to do it as i didnt made it before so i was determine that i MUST make it today ...
making the yam was quite a tedious task as it was a little hard so have to use the knife to mash them up making the kitchen floor full of yam flakes =x
the overall result was quite good cos i like to eat them but outside rarely or sell expensive for a small portion so i know how to make them now whee~



guess im gonna make muffins for breakfast later..hmm blueberries muffins yummy!
the muffins taste quite alrites just tat the appearance a bit funny cos the berry kena mashed by me then the muffins turn purple =x







today was quite an enjoyable weekend for me .
i made chocolate shortbread in the mid morning ( dun be mistaken shortbead is like butter cookies ^^) the result was quite good the cookie was cruncky but not so sweet i like =) and also finally i got to use my cookies cutter later on the posted pic can see my efforts !
then in the afternoon i got started on my fyp logbook if not by then i would not be able to finish writing hand pain write so much lor=D

what's for dinner today? chicken chop! actually on my home i was still thinking what to prepare for dinner then my mum called me and she wanted to have western food so i suggested y not i prepare .
so i went to giant to get the chicken meat and i bought salmon for my little sis cos i know she will like them =) wanted to get brocoili but ended getting baby asparagus ..
the dinner was nice everything was great too
after dinner my hand itchy again =x then i made peach cupcakes hmm it was yummy! haha

im in school now..jus a sudden urge of posting .
today lesson was an average one so im ok with it but as times goes by in 3 yrs of poly im kinda of sian of school life/ food . but glad that there is something for me to look forward to which is 4p.m haha
everyday in school now i been blogging hopping the different food blog aiyo they really tempt me to make those stuffs ..acutally i bookmark quite a lot of them till my tab are quite full ..but bookmark no use oso have to do it rite?
i guess i will be making cookies this weekends cos i haven been doing for quite sometime=)

today i went to school cos our team had arranged to do our poster i guess everything went quite smooth and our poster is almost done...whee~ finally as for my report wise i think i will send it to my teacher latest by tmr afternoon hurray!

so i made a peach tart today , it was my very first attempt of making a tart case and i must say that the overall result was good although the presentation wise is not very nice but i still succeed =)
i prepared dinner tonite too but didnt take any pic cos a bit lazy =x
actually i was thinking to make a peach flan or tart but ended i proceed with the tart as i want try something new..[ im a peach lover so anything with peach its a must try for me...i love peach tea, peach red tea , peach yummy and everything with peach=D)
** and mayb from the next post onwards i shall post the recipes ^^

today was quite a stressful day for me as i have to complete my fyp report before i do other things if i will never finish them =x
its kind of sian for you cos i submit to the teacher one week ago but i was told to edit my report yesterday n the submission date was like 14 nov -.- but i think cant fully blame the teacher cos i submitted quite late too =x but at least it is almost done for now i think i shall do the touch up tomorrow =D

so finally finish my work means baking time! i went gaint to do some shopping if not there is nothing to cook at home le ...i been waiting for a time to do something with cheese so i chance upon this receipe which is cheese brownie and look quite simple so i did it ..
and before that for dinner prepared sheperd's pie , my sis told me that she didnt try that before as for my mum she said she dun mind so i prepared it

the sheperd pie was nice!





as for brownie...erm kind of sad with the result cos it sank in the middle dunno what happen >.< but the taste wise i think its quite nice though =)

it's thursday n i cant wait for friday to come! as mention previously on my blog that i will prepare dinner every night and indeed i keep up to my promise since monday i have been preparing dinner everyday but its kinda of tiring for me as im schooling now when i reached home its 5 - 6 plus so i have chiong go cook
but all the efforts is paid off when i see my family eating happily =) this a little contribution from me to my parent for working so hard outside n food is ready for them when they are tired and hungry =D
today i cook a simple meal consisting of beans, chicken and a soup
the chicken was my first attempt of preparing baked shrimp paste chicken, the result wasnt very good but it was still edible i think i have to fried instead of bake =x as for the rest of the dishes they were pretty nice

oh ya yesterday was my "off" day so i went to pay a visit to my grandma who is staying so far away at tampines >.< so i bake some muffin which is a new recipes
they were nice compare to the previous one that i had made as they were moist and at the same time not very sweet i guess its keeper for me =D

It's the second day of school already and also my sis taking her "A" levels period...good luck to you!
as her "good n supportive" i will try my best to prepare at least a dinner for her so that she need not worry about her meals n having meals at home is much healthier compare to the outside ones ...but sometime i oso anyhow cook cos by the time i reached home its already 5 -6plus
quite tiring de lei =D ...but for my family i am more than willing to do it.
suddenly i have the craving for udon and i miss the udon that i had at the clementi jap store so concidentally i happen to came across a blog which have stir- fry udon... cos i have to cook once i reached home so i didnt really follow the steps and ingredients its all by agaration =)
it was my first attempt cooking udon in this way i think it was quite nice thou
tada~ my end product in the wok ->




i guess i haven been baking for only a few days but it seems so long so bo bian have to make something for my craving =x so i decide to make cream puff again cos i have all the ingredients ma =) but this time round its not as successful as the first round of the botton of the puff stick to the foil >.< so got some "hole" will have problem putting the fillings but i guess its alrites ba but still quite happy with the end product
