it's thursday n i cant wait for friday to come! as mention previously on my blog that i will prepare dinner every night and indeed i keep up to my promise since monday i have been preparing dinner everyday but its kinda of tiring for me as im schooling now when i reached home its 5 - 6 plus so i have chiong go cook
but all the efforts is paid off when i see my family eating happily =) this a little contribution from me to my parent for working so hard outside n food is ready for them when they are tired and hungry =D
today i cook a simple meal consisting of beans, chicken and a soup
the chicken was my first attempt of preparing baked shrimp paste chicken, the result wasnt very good but it was still edible i think i have to fried instead of bake =x as for the rest of the dishes they were pretty nice

oh ya yesterday was my "off" day so i went to pay a visit to my grandma who is staying so far away at tampines >.< so i bake some muffin which is a new recipes
they were nice compare to the previous one that i had made as they were moist and at the same time not very sweet i guess its keeper for me =D


the brown ones is for my sister =)
