CNY is around the corner and i have to start baking the cookies if not i will be too late

my cookie list :

Pineapple tarts *must do* - checked-

as you can see i didnt bake a lot cos actually my family fave is only pineapple tarts hee=D
so i baked the pineapple tarts and sugee already ..the result was quite good but i still have to make some adjustment for the tarts in terms of the oven temp and the presentation =) the rest like the taste was perfect *yummy* -melt in your mouth + just nice filling- woots

oh ya n i made a batch of merigue with the left eggwhites from the tarts . i wanted to made it long ago and finally my chance ..aiyo merigue waste electricity =x i had to bake like 1.5hr -2 hrs to dried it .it was nice but a little too sweet thou (:




hmm i guess im going to make the bangkit tmr if i have the time cos i felt in love the cookie i made it was fantastic its like i finally found it ! haha =)
