to anyone who came here .. i guess this blog is dead haha but my passion for baking is not =P jus tat im lazy to post up what i have baked
since today is a public holiday i decide to make choc cupcake + frosting which is an very unhealthy combination but i finally get to make good using of my piping tips which i got them long long ago =)
overall the cake is very soft and miost but i still think that the frosting is tad too sweet for me and i prefer the unfrosted one but decorating them is great fun !
i guess my sis have great fun too can see from the pic mine was like ... but hers i think she is more artistic than me =D

and i have the love for these swirls one the cupcake which they say is 1m swirls but my technique still sucks thou =x







i'm kinda of sad now...cos none of my bakes today were good >.<
i made kuih bangkit and a marble cream cheese brownie but the result were like -.- haix. the bangkit was a complete failure
then the brownie at least its still edible just that i didnt achieve the texture that i wanted so sad rite now =( but nvm i shall rest for a few days before my baking journey start again for the leftover cream cheese.. i guess been baking quite a lot this few days so no "energy " left =x haha

hmm i think this the third time im making the tarts? lol cos i guess i have nth better to do haha ...i counted alr i think i made like approx 160 + tarts ba =D its was great satisifaction thou ^^ shall post a pic on my total new bake to sum it all up
and i also make coated cereals today ..n usually i used honey star instead of the normal ones cos i think they taste nice too =)

as you can see i didnt bake a lot cos actually my family fave is only pineapple tarts hee=D
so i baked the pineapple tarts and sugee already ..the result was quite good but i still have to make some adjustment for the tarts in terms of the oven temp and the presentation =) the rest like the taste was perfect *yummy* -melt in your mouth + just nice filling- woots

oh ya n i made a batch of merigue with the left eggwhites from the tarts . i wanted to made it long ago and finally my chance ..aiyo merigue waste electricity =x i had to bake like 1.5hr -2 hrs to dried it .it was nice but a little too sweet thou (:




hmm i guess im going to make the bangkit tmr if i have the time cos i felt in love the cookie i made it was fantastic its like i finally found it ! haha =)


i insisted to post this although its quite overdue cos i like the dinner that nite! it was good ... with all my fave dishes like pea egg, pan fried salmon and lotus root soup (pic not included) ..as the same let the picture do the talking =D







wow times really flies i know that i did neglect this blog for quite some time cos i was sick and busy with sch ..so tired le how to post rite ? haha
its a new year n my bdae passed but .. i didnt bake my cake which i thought i would =x on the day itself i went out for almost the whole day so by the time i reach home i was like zzz already hehe but anw one yr older so i must be more guai =D and more mature~

i did bake recently but not a lot cos my camera no batt , lazy to take , very troublesome to transfer..blah~ but i have some pic of the veninesse fnger that i attempted it was like butter cookie coated with choc it was nice but the challengin part was to pipe out the cookie cos i do not have pastry bag so it almost "explode" and i have to change like 2 bags ? lol ^^




my sis had bot my macaroons for my bdae from tpy which i think was the best compare to bz =x as they have the correct texture ..ever since my first failure in macaroons i have read up many many guide on how -to but i have yet the courage to try them mayb shall try them realli realli soon.. ** the macaroons fave the cheese , hazelnut and choc *heavenly* =D







another bake would be the choc cream cheese muffin , very well known in food blogs it seems that everyone have tried them and i was so tempted .. it was very nice indeed but i think it would be best consume when taken straight out from the oven or the day itself thou =D







for today i actually did bake choc chip cookies as i was craving for them cos i have yet to find the cookie i wan BUT... i think i finally found them cripsy on outside and chewy in the inside omg! i was realli happy when i taste them but i didnt take any pic mayb shall take them tmr cos like 4 boxes...wondering how to finish sia =x haha

this a macaroons post! cos my sis bought me macaroons from bakerzinn thanks! what a great surprise although there is only 2 but im still very happy =D pictures speaks louder than words =D but the texture is not those chewy but instead crunchy i wonder why ?~
